Steve Rosvold has extensive domestic and international experience in financial management, business operations, asset management and capital origination.   He has worked in a broad range of industries, including; grain processing, energy, capital markets, trading and manufacturing. He has extensive capital investment and risk management experience in these industries.   He has lead numerous initiatives in various businesses resulting in significant profitability improvement while reducing risk.     

Since starting KRM in 2003 he has provided strategic planning, financial management and M&A services to grain trading, grain processing, beverage and agriculture distribution companies.  KRM currently manages the finance, treasury and administrative functions of a Biofuels developmet business headquartered in the Midwest.   

Prior to founding KRM Steve served as Chief Financial Officer at the ConAgra Malt Group of companies. He implemented a strategic plan that doubled operating earnings while reducing the debt required to operate the business.     In 2002 he led the team that refinanced the business with a creative funding structure, allowing maximum global flexibility in a rapidly changing industry. 

Steve is a certified public accountant.  He earned his Master's Degree in Finance from the University of Chicago and performed his undergraduate studies at Augsburg College in Minneapolis. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, plus pursuing his passion for cycling.
